Technical coaching
On top of traditional training services, we offer a technical coaching service that can replace or complete training sessions.
The idea is to assist an individual or a team on a longer period of time, going further than a one-off training program. This service allows frequent interactions and a progressive transfer of skills through real-life use cases.
The individual or team can exchange with trainers on practical issues, those exchanges becoming less frequent as skills are transfered along the way.
